I would like some general advise please on what is easiest.

I currently run a business in Thailand which is a LTD company and as you will know, it is expensive on the tax front if you have a work permit, which I currently have.

I have spoken to immigration and of course they were of course really helpful.(not!)

My questions is if I do not work and resign as MD,I realise that I will have to make a run for a non imm B visa and then do 90 day visa runs, will I still have to pay personal tax? and each year I go to get a Non Imm B will it get more diificult, as I do not want to work/work in the business?

Secondly,if I turn the buiness over to my wife and make it a Thai business and then she pays tax every month,on a 40,000 baht, can I get a visa extension and sponge from my wife? and not have to do visa runs?

Your help would be appreciated.

Thanks

Nick
