Ok, you have just clearly demonstrated - if there was anyone on this forum who had any doubt left - that you are completely ignorant and inherently bigoted.

Oh look, a cheap Charlie Chinese EV owner with no taste.

Can't say I'm surprised. 😄

  • Carney built up a lot of bad karma during his time as governor of the bank of England, especially with his anti-Brexit stance. That Trump is delivering the fruits of said karma, pleases me greatly.

Sounds as if Carney was the smarter one.

during his time as governor of the bank of England, especially with his anti-Brexit stance. That built up his reputation. He's an honorable respected leader of a free Canada

Lol, Carney is as incompetent a Canadian there ever was, and there've been many. He's driving Canada right into a massive recession.

He's balancing massive recession with falling Canadian Dollar, lol.

Incompetent Poser.

You just envy that he has figured out Trump and have his number. I think you not happy to get less Baht for the dollar because of his poor handling of the US economy. Will get even worse with a recession soon.

Please. Trump could invade within 48 hours and put Carney in handcuffs. We're all being very adult and magnanimous with this incompetent Carney. Letting him huff and puff, as if Trump can't invade and conquer all of Canada within 48 hours.

You don't understand Trump, he's building a new economic order for the next 500 years, he's playing 3 dimensional chess whilst you and Carney play checkers.

AS if one lunatic tough guy wannabe in the White House is not enough, we now have you. Ya, attack a sovereign Nato country. Full of bluster from you endlessly. Time for your medicine.

It would hardly be an attack, all experts agree within 48 hours Canada would be defeated. The Canadians themselves are saying this.

So what if Canada is a NATO country? We've seen with Russia that all NATO countries refuse to fight a country with nuclear weapons, and for good reason. The worst the EU would do is economic sanctions. But the US would have 51 trillion USD if it invaded Canada, sanctions would not matter.

Obviously, the risk of invasion from the US is real enough for the Canadian military to consider this:

Canada’s military has modelled hypothetical US invasion, reports say. Officials told the Globe that the model assumes an attack from the south in which US forces would overcome Canada’s positions on land and at sea within a week – or potentially in as little as two days.

He's not incompetent. He's a bankster. His portfolio grows if Canada tanks.

Viva Frei has a great YouTube on the topic.

It would certainly explain a lot. How can Carney possibly be suggesting that diversifying exports is the solution to Canada's woes, when he oversaw the UK's attempt to do just that and fail. And that's the UK! Which produces far more of interest to export markets than Canada ever has.

Carney oversaw this failed UK attempt to turn away from the EU. Now he thinks Canada can do it? How is this possible?

Words and innuendos will not win a war. Have fun with your wild fantasy of going to war with Canada. Bottom line is that Canada is standing up to a bully and Mark Carney has the support of the nation and he is way smater than Trump in dealing with the situation.

Posts using derogatory and toxic nicknames or intentional misspelling of people’s names will be removed. If you don’t want your post to be removed, spell people’s names correctly, this applies to both sides of the political debate.

The US would not need words to win the war against Canada. The US has 4666 tanks, Canada has 88.

The US has 13302 aircraft. Canada has 355.

It would be over in 48 hours. A week tops.

Looks like the Canadian military took steps to prepare for this event in the real world:

Canada’s military has modelled hypothetical US invasion, reports say

Carney is driving Canada into a major recession, unemployment and a falling Canadian Dollar. Billions of dollars will be shaved off Canada's GDP.

His genius plan to diversify exports has been tried by the British before who found they are still exporting most of their products to the EU. And the Brits have a lot of good products the world actually wants. Canada does not, it doesn't exist in the global world of export markets in terms of consumer goods, only with natural resources.

As @JonnyF disagrees maybe I can explain. You assumed I'm a "cheap Charlie Chinese EV owner", just because I said Tesla are waaaaay behind the top Chinese brands in terms of luxury, quality, and tech. And the only reason you think otherwise is your inherent bigotry and lack of knowledge on the topic (sounds familiar?).

For the record, I neither own, nor drive, an EV, let alone a Chinese one.

Embarrassing when you try to take a cheap shot and miss by a mile isn't it.

Seems i hit a nerve.

Thou doth protest too much.

Now, i'm guessing you bought a NETA. 😃

US wants to crush or let's say have control over all the industries around the world and dominate the global market....a bit like they have always wanting to do so in fact since 1947 in different styles and manners. Sorry...🙏

Nope, no nerve struck, just happy to point out when a cheap jibe goes wrong and you have egg on your face.

And of course I bought a Lumin.
