They just sat there to fine tourists caught littering! Apparently a much more serious crime!

It wasn't the police doing that, that was the BMA municipal inspectors.

Sure, can do.

Would have had more respect, if he had gone to Pathum Wan main cops shop and lodged a real complaint. with evidance.

But, it's all about Clicks and Likes. Not crime.

Most don't get that on here.

The thing is, what evidence would he have of them doing anything illegal that he could take to the police? Being black and hanging around Sukhumvit Road talking to strangers isn't an offence and I doubt very much that he's got any video of them actually selling drugs - they're not quite that stupid.

Ok, just a minor remark, not serious but worth to mention. In my personal opinion there are too many members here posting what Gemini, chatgpt and other AI software is telling them. While AI can be very helpful everyone can use it if necessary. Just my opinion of course. 😉

That's the way the world is going. But sites using AI simply to churn out or spin articles aren't going to get much love from Google SEO either. The latest algorithms are increasingly geared towards rewarding original, useful material rather than mass-produced rehashes. If all you're doing is using AI to spin what's already out there, you're probably on a hiding to nothing. The last thing Google wants to do is promote slop though it's doing it's best to crate a whole lot of it. That said I would rather run long counterfactuals with Chat along with a carnage of typos for fun than spend my time arguing with the few folks who still frequent here. Legacy only gets you so far.

In Britain it's illegal to sell fake drugs in Thailand I don't know.

Under the Misuse of Drugs Act 1971, section 4(3)(a), it is an offence to “supply or offer to supply a controlled drug to another.” The important words are offer to supply. So someone can potentially commit the offence by offering cannabis even though the material they ultimately hand over isn't cannabis.

It's been regularly reported and discussed at length on this forum and the other usual English language news sources.

Much of the supposed Thai legal system takes it direction from UK law - it saves a lot of time to just copy stuff wholesale and pass it off as your own.

So no evidence then, just people have "talked about it".

Only 'no evidence' for those who cannot read. I didn't post that people have only talked about it, as you falsely claimed, I posted that it has being reported, I.e. reported in the media, new sources, etc. on several occasions.

No, not for you, if you can't find them on Google then I'm certainly not going to put them here for you after they've been reported so many times.... I'm feeling sorry for you now, Google "African Nigerian Ugandan prostitutes arrested in Thailand".
