My girlfriend, who is not a Thai, have a boy who will be completing grade 12 at an international school. He has an ED visa. He has been dependent on his mother so she has an O visa. Upon graduation he will attend college in the States. What kind of visa can his mother get to stay in Thailand after our son has left the country? I have a retirement visa but we are not married. As Mick Jagger said, "being married is like being in jail." Thanks for your help.

Also, my girlfriend is 40 years old therefore cannot get her own retirement visa.
