Very Important Please (do Moldovan People Need Visa To Thailand)

I will be in Thailand next month and I want my girlfriend join me there, she is Moldovan . as this site :

she has to apply for visa from Moldova, but the problem is there are no Thailand Embassy in Moldova

what to do ???

Small Help : Please if any body live now in Bangkok help me by calling “ministry of foreign affairs in Thailand” and ask them.

I called them and they told me that she has to go there and apply for visa, and it takes 2 ~ 3 days to be ready .
