What Are The Borders Of Pattaya?

Featured Replies

South: Bottom of the hill to Klang?

Central: Klang to Big C?

North: Big C to North Road?

Naklua: North Road to Naklua market?

What's your interpretation?

Pattaya doesn't exist as a mailing address, so it must be an informal name for this district making its interpretation very subjective.

I would consider Pattaya to be the distict bounded by Thepprasit Road in the south, North Pattaya Road and Sukhamvit Road in the East.

I had a similar question a while ago...in a nutshell: Pattaya does not exist. It must be some sort of a parallel universe. Banglamung is real. Pattaya is not. :o

There's a sign on Jomtien Beach Road somewhere past Soi Chaiypruek (heading south) that says "Pattaya City Limits". Or, at least there *used to* be one.

Apparently Pattaya is a "municipality". What is Banglamung then? What is Nongprue? My address is Nongprue, Banglamung even though I live in Pattaya.

When you are driving away from Pattaya and the Roads are getting better, you have left Pattaya. Pattaya, the off road city.
