Advice Re Krabi

Featured Replies

Help,

I am looking for somewhere to go oin my Honeymoon when I get married next Feb.

Im will also have my four best friends with me and they will want to see something nice in Thailand,as well as us all do the friends and party thing,I guress we will all want quiet time.

We will want a nice hotel, not too pricey,as I am in thai money and however, not cheap and nasty either.

Any recommendations would be good.

Hotels

Things to do

Restaurants.

I always suggest Krabi Resort, it's perfect. You could get rooms or bungalows and there is a near private beach. Great breakfast buffet and dinner. Near everything. Boats trips to nearby islands. See the other threads in this forum for more info

g'day from Ao Nang,. A better choice would be Ao Nang Villa - Krabi Resort is quite tired nowadays

There are some newer places still which are good value. I like the feel and style of Duang Jai which is on the outskirts of Ao Nang and thus quiet.

Ao Nang Princeville is right in the middle but they have done the rooms really nicely.

Up the "McDonalds" hill there are hepas to choose from: Tipa resort has some new Thai style bunglaows which look nice, Vogue is fine and Ao Nang Paradise has separate bunglaows which are comfortable.

As to activities, just click on the banner of the sponsors of this forum to get some great ideas for customised tours by sea and land, or see my profile for the website address.
