Canned Chicken?

I have been looking for canned chicken. Chunks of chicken, not a spread.

I am tired of tuna.

I want to be able to buy canned chicken and make a sandwich (without having to cook it).

Is it that inconvenience to cook the chicken from supermarket, un-canned!?! Wow, I thought I was bad. Ah, I have not seen one on the shelf yet but going soon to store, I will keep my eyes for canned chicken.

Canned chicken does not sounds yummy.

Do you know about the simple Chinese way to cook chicken? And when chilled, its perfect for salads and sandwiches.

Stick the chicken pieces (or whole chicken) in a large pot. Cover with water only over the chicken. Bring to a boil. Cover immediately and take off heat. Let stand one hour only, no longer. The resulting chicken is very juicy and tender and its as easy as boiling water. The water can also be used as stock for soup and cooking.
