Sunday Market Near Chinatown

Featured Replies

I was told today there is a large market on Sundays somewhere in the Chinatown area, but I cant find mention of it on the internet, anyone know about it?

Not so much a market but a flea market with many 2nd hand items for sale. It's called Klong Tom market. Starts Saturday night through Sunday evening. I have gone several times and they have everything from old hotel furniture to stolen Marks and Spencer Foods. 3 pieces for 50baht! Has old records...jeans...bags...think good old USA flea market! It's also nicknamed Torch or Flash light market because it's at night and not very well lit up at times and also called Thieves market because of some of the merchandise for sale such as the Mark's and Spencer's food items.
