Can anyone help please.

When i am at home on my laptop (i am at work now) i can't post or reply to anything on Thai Visa. It says an error has occured and just closes the internet window down and asks if i want to send a report to microsoft

I'd imagine it is something to do with how my laptop is set up but i don't know what. Anyone with any suggestions?

Try another browser. IE is not the best. Try another and see if you have the same problems.

But i'm using IE now at work (and have been ever since i joined TV) never had any problems. It's just that i have only just started using the laptop for internet with dial up. I am changing service providers and my PC at home doesn't have a modem so i can't use it for dial up.

Try to install FireFox.
