Calculation Of 6 Months

Featured Replies

Hi Guys

I am from Singapore and I can enter Thailand without Visa for up to 30 days. I had already used up my 90 days for 6 months. I first enter Thailand on 7th of April 2007. My question is when is the exact date that I can enter Thailand without having to apply for TV. Thanks for the help.

Are you just based in S'Pore or are you a S'Pore national ? I think it makes a difference.

Naka.

I am Singapore Nationality. Thanks.

Shocks, If you first entered on April 7th, your 6-month period ends

on October 6th. In theory, you should be able to enter on October 7th

and start a new 6-month period. Your new period will start on your

first entry after October 6th. Be it the 7th or 15th or whatever.

Having said that, expect a momentary delay while immigration calculates

this. 10 minutes, 30 minutes, who knows? It might be less headache to get

an actual tourist visa. Also visa-exempt entries seem to be subject to

different requirements pertaining to proof of onward travel. :o
