Emirates Airmiles To Use.

Featured Replies

I’m looking for some help and advice again. I recently asked for recommendations for a hotel in Hong Kong. Thanks for the advice given. I am now considering alternative holiday locations. I have quite a lot of air miles (180,000) with Emirates so want to go somewhere not too distant to use them. Hong Kong was my original idea, but I have actually been there a couple of times and would prefer to try somewhere new. Since Emirates are a sister company of Sri Lankan Airlines I am thinking we could go to Delhi in India. I have never been to India and always wanted to go. I wonder if any of you have experience of Delhi and if you would recommend it. Or if anyone can recommend other destinations that I might reach with my air miles.

I have been to both Mauritius and New Zealand on Skywards airmiles. For Mauritius I went in Nov and weather was good, although a bit windy. best to research accommodation before going as most is exxy. I only paid airmiles from Dubai to Mauritius as I did it as enroute back to BKK from LGW.

NZ might be a good option if you can get seats during the busy upcoming summer period. It is also cheap to fly there with airmiles (much less than UK for the same distance). No visa required for UK and many other nationalities.
