This has been discussed several times already. At the bottom left of the main Thai language forum there is a Search box. Please try to use it first, and see if you can find something relevant.

If you can not find anything useful there, then please provide more information, like the following:

a.) at what level do you wish to study (Beginner/Intermediate/Advanced)

b.) in what country/city are you located?

c.) would you like a private tutor or a language school

...being specific is more likely to score you useful replies. :o

Well there are plenty of good Thai teachers - depending on what you wish to leave, maths, Thai, physics, English, music ete etc - being a little more specific might help.
