Tot Himark-tel Db120 Adsl Router

Some kind people tell me that perhaps some of my torrent download problems may be something to do with ports. Now I've looked at the TOT screens and cannot see where to do anything about this with this router.

I'm using BitTorrent and the little triangle in the middle at the bottom has gone orange / brown in the last week saying :

"No incoming connections. Unless the icon turns green, it could indicate a problem with your network configuration"

Now when I click on it, it says it is using port 6881 and the test if port is forwarded properly tells me it is not and to go to www.portforward.com. My router is not listed there and I am stuck.

Can anyone please help.
