cut your steaks and tenderize them,season with salt,pepper,paprika liberally,then spread on some english mustard(about 1/2 cm thick)on one side and stack them up in a container and cover with beer,add some garlick and bay leaves to the marinade and leave in the fridge for two to three days to marinate,take out the marinade and cook on a bbq or in a pan and sprinkle with the marinade from time to time

the beer gives a great flavour and also tenderizes them
