If I married a Thai wife, already got the Multi Non-Imm O visa 1 year. Do I need to do the 90 day visa run or 90 day reporting to local police station?

If you married a Thai and had the necessary documentation and finances, you could extend your multi-entry visa during the last month of it's validity. After receiving the extension (12 months) you are required to report to immigration every 90 days (not the police). There is no need to leave the country but if you do for any reason, you will need to obtain a "re-entry permit" from immigration before leaving the country.

What about the new multi-entry non imm O visa. Also no need to do 90 day visa run?

There is nothing "new" about a multi entry non immigrant O visa. It allows stay for up to 90 days only - you must then depart the country. You can re-enter immediately if you so desire but can not stay longer than 90 days at any one time. There is no need to visit Immigration Police on this type of entry as you do not stay over the 90 days required for address reports.

In another word say that if i got the multi entry non immigrant O visa I only can stay for 90 day per entry?

So what is the requirement in order to stay more than 90 day?

A valid reason as listed in Police Order 606/2006 and then application and approval for extension of stay from an Immigration office.

Marriage to a Thai would require 40k per month family income to qualify.

So if do not have the 40k per month family income, I need to do visa run for every 90 day, right?

It works like this:-

The VISA which you obtained from a consulate outside Thailand (assuming a multi entry non-o) allows you a stay of 90 days on each entry, you can then do a border hop and come straight back and get another 90 days. You can do this up until the day before the 'must enter before' date on your visa, a final entry on this date will net you a last 90 day stamp. 90 day reporting is not required.

NOW

You can (if qualified - married, income etc.) get a 12 month extension of any 90 day stay by visiting immigration with your wife and a whole stack of documents (discussed elsewhere). Once you have this extension you must report to immigration every 90 days, you will also need a re-entry permit should you desire to leave the country.

You need to exit at least once every 90 days - if you have a multi entry visa you only have to enter other country and return - which can be done immediately.

A "visa run" would normally be a trip to obtain a new visa from a Consulate.
