Singapore Airlines Website

Featured Replies

I have had problems trying to get into the SQ website

http://www.singaporeair.com

for a couple of days.

In Firefox (2.0.0.8 ) the page appears in .html format, and I can't get past the home page.

IE6 sometimes brings up the correct format for the home page, but then links won't link, can't get to the next page, etc etc. Other times it will require me to select a country homepage, but will not then go to the page.

Anyone else experiencing any problems?

Cheers

jack

I never have any problems logging into it at home from Firefox - I use it a lot and am usually chopping and changing the seat my secretary books for me.

Sorted - solution was to drop the www.

Thanks to the couple who responded.

Having now fixed the problem, I would be interested in what was the cause.

I would have thought that even going into the SQ website through www.singaporeair . com (which was the previous address) would automatically divert to the new address ie singaporeair. com.

Obviously (for me at least), this is not the case.

Can any of the IT experts explain why?

Thanks again

jack
