Recruitment Agency

I dont know where the regs are printed, but do know that you need a license and that has to be a Thai national, you are also inspected by the Dept of Labour (I believe), to ensure your premises are adequate for the role, each consultant that you employ also has a seperate license, (tlittle book, sky blue in colour) they dont cost much, like 200 baht dont know for sure as my administrator used to do all the paperwork. Then there is the rules and regs for actually advertising roles, lots of paperwork, I actually hired a firm (Bangkok Base, situated at suk 23) to do all the donkey work, was visited many times by various Govt depts to ensure I was all legal in the three years I worked here in recruitment. Hope that helps

Steve
