The registrant of a xx.co.th domain name is shown as a number on the thainic whois link, like 11500. Any way to find out more details on who that is? Surely they must have a publicly accessible email address somewhere....

Like I'd said in my post, all that returns on the actual owner of the name is:

Nothing to identify who actually owns the domain. There is a street address, but no email address. I am trying to find out the identity of the owner.
