What Visa Needed As A Non-profit Board Member?

I am a retired individual living in Thailand for many years and recently there is a non-profit Thai organization (a "foundation" = มูลนิธิ) that has approached me to see if I would be willing to sit as a board member to give advice based on my previous years of experience in the USA. Whet kind of a visa would I need to get for that and where would I get such a visa?

I am on a "RETIREMENT" O-A visa and have been on this for many years (extending it each year in August)

No, the foundation is a small religious orientated one and none of the members have any special connections or influence, either political or financially.
