Nice to see infection rates are seemingly declining. But I also assume it’s an up-and-down thing. I also think a lot of the sex workers just get tested by small neighborhood clinics, if at all. So the majority of the people going to the Red Cross to get tested could just be from the general population. Quite a few tourists too I think. -

He can do no worse than Johnson, Nixon, Carter, Bush, Clinton, Bush, Obama or Biden. Didn't start any wars in his first administration, and probably a first in this century.
