Hi Guys,

Can anyone explain why some Thai embassy or consulates are more visa friendly than others.

I mean, don’t they all have the same guidelines and procedures to follow regardless of where they are located through out the world.

It seams that some embassies are easier than others for some reason.

Cheers

Most Consulates work processing local residents for the most part and have specific procedures adapted to them. When others are processed that may mean they will not receive the same treatment they received at another Consulate in another country a few months ago. Add time to the equation and that nothing stays the same makes for each encounter likely to be unique. They are not McDonald's.
