Where In Thailand Can I Buy The Most Inexpensive Condo?

Featured Replies

I want to buy a cheap little condo in thailand. I dont really care where since i find it beautyful everywhere. The condos that are on the market in thailand from swedish real estate agents are all deadly expensive. Does anyone know how to get one in a not so touristic place? And what are the prices?

Look at the Rachadapisek / Rama IX areas its serviced by the MRT station, has a Tescos, Robinsons, Esplanade, IT city, and soon to have Central Rama IX and the Airport City Link nearby.

Condos are being launched all the time here at Baht 40K per square meter but be quick they tend to sell out fast despite the large amount of units. Understandably if you ask me as I think this area (Rama IX to Robinsons stretch of this road) will become much more commercial in the future, which means easy to rent out, good yields and potential for upside,

and for the haters out there: no I don't get any commision for saying this, and no my firm is not involved in any of these projects.

What about those thousand and thousands of condos that lower and middle class Thais buy.

Starting from 100.000 baht.

Can a foreigner buy and own one of those?

I don't see why not....as long as 51% of them are Thai owned.

People don't normally care who they sell to as long as they have the money.

Prices should be getting better and better down south.

:o

QSilva - do you think that area has some long term value ?

I think you saw the traffic their ... but the condos are booming here, right
