I'm looking to buy a new condo in Phuket and was wondering if any of you have a " no sales banter " view on projects currently building on the island.

Looking for a 1 bedroom condo and have been looking at these projects:

The Trees in kamala, Patong Talay View, Patong Loft, Haven Lagoon in Patong, Panorama Patong, The Crest in Patong and Bangla Suites in Patong.

Any info would be greately appreciated.
