Annual Extension Of Retirement Visa

Featured Replies

I am asking this in the Pattaya forum, because different immigration offices may have different rules.

MY annual extension expires on 1st March each year. I notice from my passport stamps that last year I had it stamped up on 20th Feb, showing my visa will expire on 1st March 2008.

Does anyone know how many days/weeks in advance it can be processed, without prejudicing the renewal date?

It would be nice to get it done early - just in case :o

we had to renew ours nearly four weeks earlier than due because we were travelling. no problem at all. result: we got an extension of thirteen months counted from renewal date (matching the actual due date month and day).

In Pattaya they will renew your visa up to three months early, but may refuse to process you on a busy day. You will keep the same expiration date.
