Thailand going puritanical?

Featured Replies

Can we get a petition going to extend the closing times from 2 am to at least 4 am?  Singapore's closing time is 5 am and they are actively promoting this with their tourism campaign....

I will take it up with George. It is worth a try, but the PM isn't a good listener. Post APEC there might be a chance.

hi' all of you  ... I'am back online at last ...

well, reading this kind of news makes me think first about all

these ladies "cracking down" on NO JOB !

what the government has in mind?, clear what? for who?, we all have these words in mind, the "non-thai parlours ...",

discrimination, and on the same way, "a drop in the ocean" could be a real flood of social disorder ... if they expect better,

I do think that they are wrong all the way, being clean doesn't

mean a wonder world as clean as can be;

no sex, no drug,no alcool, no corruption, everything ruled by the law,

does not sound like democracy, if this still mean something here, , it had been said ... NO CHOICE! we have to accept things like they come ... where is the Thailand we discovered years ago?

anyway, still enjoy to live here but ...

all the best

Looks like the handwriting was on the wall, way back last year. I guess I was right: Thailand is going puritanical.
