Teac/esoteric Distributor In Thailand?

I was told there is one in Fortune Town but I could not locate the shop when I went there last month looking for a distributor showroom in the third floor audio/visual section of the mall. I was told by one of the shops there ESOTERIC distributor is a shop called AV something, so I looked around and there it was, I did see one or two ESOTERIC products through the shop window but the shop was locked and unattended for almost an hour. And it looked more to me like one of those second hand audio prodcuts store or a dealer than a showroom of a decent, legitimate distributor for an high end audio brand like ESOTERIC. And there's no distributor info in ESOTERIC website. Anyone knows if there is an TEAC/ESOTERIC distributor in Thailand or if this shop called AV really is a distributor?

Why you didn't tell for which exact product('s) you looking for? May get more or even any answer!

It doesn't matter what produdct. If you know the brand you know what type of product it's famous for. Reason I didn't say what product/model I'm looking for is so I won't solicit irrelevant replies. I just need to know where/if I can find it in Thailand.

Than may you didn't get the info you looking for!

Best advice is: contact TEAC/Esoteric to get the main distributor for Thailand or google or use an other way.

Many of the products available are not imported by Distributors but handcarry and so on, or some Dealer import just one product from one developer and so on. That's TIT as many name it!

So if you don't want to tell what you looking for NO answer from me because I don't want to do YOUR work and looking for an Importer/Distributor which even may not exist.

I'm not asking you or anyone else to look for the distributor for me. I've already done googling. TEAC/ESOTERIC website in Japan does not even provide email address.

Product I'm looking for is not a computer peripheral but a high end audio equipment costing hundreds of thusands of Baht. There's no way I'm going to spend that kind of money on gray import from someone who's not authorized/trained to service or upgrade a high end product like that. If I wanted a gray import I already know where to look for.

Instead of attacking people who want to help you, better have a close look at the Japan Teac website : they do provide several email addresses. If you were more friendly to others, I would have posted them over here

Please don't bother. Like I said I already looked it up in TEAC/ESOTERIC website both the Japanese and English pages and their contact email is not provided. I'm not attacking anyone, I'm only asking the question to someone who might already have the knowledge of where or if the Esoteric distributor is in Thailand (an audiophile might know) and if you don't have the answer to it you might as well just waste your time googling which I've already done and turned up nothing. I can always go back to Fortune Town but I don't have the time for it and I don't want to do that not knowing if they're open or not. I'll go to Japan anyway this month before I'll probably have the time to go back to Fortune again so I might as well call their toll free number if I can't find out anything about "AV" shop in Fortune by then.

Oh, please let him. He claims that he can not find the email address of Teac on their Japanese website.... It took me less as 15 seconds If his behavior over here was a bit more polite, I would have posted it of course. Now, let him take the plane to Japan, I'm curious to find out if the the "always very polite Japanese " will help him...

You probably found TEAC UK or US contact email and that I already have them. But TEAC/Esoteric is a Japanese company and their corporate headquarter is in Japan. And if they have a distributor in Thailand it's not likely to come under US or UK subsidiary network.

TEAC Japan does provide an online form for you to make an inquiry but only with your valid street address, zip code and phone number in Japan which you must fill out.

Hmm... I think that if you have the emails in the UK or US, they should be able to point you in the right direction.
