Yorkie
In attempting to change his password, Jayenram incorrectly typed the old password therefore the new one was not recognised. Since then, he has been unable to log-in with the original password. The "forgotten password" facility did not appear to w*rk as the re-activation email was not received (after 3 hours). Anyone any ideas?

soundman
Just a hypothetical... I always use the same computer & never log out. What happens if I forget my password & get logged out of the system? How do I get back into my account? Cheers, Soundman.
