Covering The Mouth

Featured Replies

My ex gal had a habit of covering her mouth with hand when making a phone call,

not only in a noisy soi but in the room or eatery.

i had caught her making sureptitious calls to other farangs so i assumed she was making a sneaky call.

I asked her why she did this and she made an excuse about speaking laos and didnt want others to overhear her conversation.

I have noticed other females also covering their mouth when making a call so i am curious to know why they do this.

i can understand covering mouth when picking teeth as its a polite exercise but its unlikely you could overhear much of a conversation.

Darlek- you answered your own question. If she is covering her mouth then she doesnt want you to hear what she is saying. (most likely another customer) :D I've seen that happen as often as when they disappear for 10minutes for a call. :o

the reason they cover their mouths is cos they eat lots of live insects, and there aint nothing more disgusting than a half chewed up bug crawling out of a gals mouth while she is talking on the phone.

or she is talking to boyfriend number 2 or 3 or 4 or 5 or wotever and she dont want u to know :o

Is she on a mobile phone?

It helps guide the sound to a rather small, and possibly remote mike.

Becomes a habit after a while.
