Budget Accommodation In High Season?

Featured Replies

I stayed in Ao Nang for a few days in low season and could get a good room in a guesthouse for about 400 a night. Anyone able to hazard a guess as to what the equivalent price would be now, or suggest places to stay under 1000 baht/night? Doesn't have to be Ao Nang, but am not overly keen on staying in Krabi Town.

Also, what about availability? Is it busy there at the moment, or will I be able to pitch up and get a room quite easily.

Cheers

As far as I know you will be able to get something for this price if you shop around in Ao Nang. So not only by the sea front but up at the back of the road that leads up past MacDonalds and out to the sticks a bit. Ask in some of the local bars (minus girls) and you will get a good answer

This post is maybe a bit late if you're there already. I stayed in Garden Flats (there was a name proceeding garden) facing McDonalds in

Ao Nang, very nice around 1100 baht last season.

Hope you are sorted

I wonder how long you are going to stay and where you will be coming from. We know quite many places here, both short and long term. We also have motorbikes for rent (200 baht per day) and transport service. You can call us at 0756 11 765 or mobile 0866 14 00 16 or email me at [email protected]

Cheers

We are planning to go down to Krabi during next week for 4 / 5 nights. Looking for a decent small apartment, hotel for abt. 1,000 - 1,200 Bht / night, including car park and motorcyle rent. Any recommendations please?
