mangoman007
I have used this service three times and it was flawless. In fact, they kept calling me to tel me my flight (outbound) was delayed. I think it is well worth it. BTW does anyone tip the gals? I have given them 100 baht each time...but would prefer not to in light of the hefty 12,000 fee

It works perfect. it should be good as 12.000 baht is not cheap but money well spend i think. Regarding the tipping don't forget that they don't get this money but the company gets all. I think it is up to you if you want to tip them. It is the same as everwhere else, if you receive a good service i would tip them. I remember the times at Don Muang airport where i would tip the golfcar boy for bringging me to the immigration section from the airport.

onzestan
I promised an update as soon as I had the chance to use TLM, so here it is. June 6th - departing. 10 minutes before arriving airport phoned the telephone-number given to announce my imminent arrival at check-in. Was met there and after receiving my boarding papers I was guided to the Diplomat counter where formalities took less than 2 minutes. Then taken to the lounge where I was enjoying a cold beer 15 minutes after arriving at the airport. The young man even carried my hand luggage, and was very friendly and polite. So in my view well worth the price I paid. Am booked for my arrival on June 19th and if that works out the same, I'm in for the silver card. cheers from a very cold belgium. onzestan
Jalla
Signed up for the Silver package a few months ago, and I`m a happy user off this service. Traveling in and out every month at peak times at Swampy, i`ve found the service very good and helpful(and nice) staff with TLM.
rogerdee123
I've used this now about a dozen times and it works flawlessly. Twice I have arrived and the immigration lines were short enough that I didn't bother. Also I used the company to get a driving license. Also worked well. Was at the Driving License center for about an hour only. Escorted by the TLS staff, I was taken to the head of every line and whizzed right thru. However I first spent longer (about 2 hours) at Suan Plu immigration getting the proof of residence. This could have been avoided if I had gone to my Embassy the day before to get one of those affidavits about my residence address in Bangkok. My advice is to send your documents to TLS in advance so they can do some advance work to limit your time wasted.
Kerryd
Hmmm, just browsed the TLM site, and on the Packages & Promotions page, they don't show the "Ruby" package anymore. There is still a note at the bottom of the page, and it's still on the page where you apply though. Must not being selling well (1,500 baht for a single "Fast Track" and a consultation). Ah well, too young for the Gold+ packages, don't come and go enough to make the Silver package worthwhile. Guess I'll just have to stick with the Business Class travel and speed marches to the Immigration lines !
lor
When using the Silver service you are given a card. Does this card take the place of a stamp in your passport or is the passport still stamped? Chris
Jalla
You will still get a stamp in your passport. The card is just a proof of membership with TLM. Cheers Jalla
