Can anyone recommend a good (not rip-off BKK) Taxi driver

to collect us from BKK and take us to Ban Pae for the ferry to Koh Samet?

4 passengers with hand luggage only so a normal saloon will do.

Flight arrives about 1pm tomorrow 21st Feb.
