1 Year Visa Based On Marriage Also Possible By Showing An Income Of 480.000 Thb In 2 Months?

Hello,

as the annual renewal of my 1-year visa (german guy married to thai woman) based on marriage by showing 40k THB/month is coming up soon(using my wife's income yet again as that is the easiest way) we were wondering if it is also possible to show that she makes the total of the necessary 480.000 THB / year in the period of 2 months only and therefore avoid all the paperwork and simply show the last 2 slips of salary&tax instead of the full 12 months? I'm asking because in her biz changing positions and companies happens quite regularly and that leaves you with running after your old company etc. and it is quite a hassle, we'd be glad to avoid it but don't know whether for this visa it has to be 40k THB documented each and every month or just needs to fulfill the 480.000 THB per year marker in total. We can prove both but the latter'd be a lot easier.

Thanks,

Basch

Police Order 606/206. Have a read of 7.17 (6).

Here it states that it can be an annual income that averages out at 40,000 a month.
