150k GBP is hardly a drop in the bucket for long leasing a popular soi... 20 mil and up for a largish club (not bar) in Phuket for a few years...

If you are serious PM / Email me.. I know of some current investment in Phuket (move fast) that has the mayor as a major stakeholder so would be highly likely to be a serious winner... Not sure if there are slices left but there were a month or so back.
