1 Time 60 Day Extension

Hi,

Can someone tell me exactly what documents are needed for the 1 time 60 day extension (based on marriage).

Also my current non o expires on the 27th of this month, is it ok to apply on, or a few days before this date?

I don't know sorry but it would be interesting to see whether this could be issued without the recipient having a visa and having only the 30 day entry stamp.

I would proceed to immigration ASAP and find out what your immigration office requires.

Wifes ID Card.

Wifes House Registration.

Your Passport.

TM 7 Application Form.

Passport size photo.

Torrenova, Im in Chiang Mai and they seem quite relaxed. Not sure about the extension on a 30 day stamp, although Im sure someone here would know.

The 60-day extension to visit Thai spouse or child can be obtained also after visa-exempt entry. See paragraph 7.23 of Royal Thai Police Order 606/2549.
