moneyshot Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 Hi, Can someone tell me exactly what documents are needed for the 1 time 60 day extension (based on marriage). Also my current non o expires on the 27th of this month, is it ok to apply on, or a few days before this date? Thanks
torrenova Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 I don't know sorry but it would be interesting to see whether this could be issued without the recipient having a visa and having only the 30 day entry stamp. I would proceed to immigration ASAP and find out what your immigration office requires.

moneyshot Posted February 23, 2008 Author Posted February 23, 2008 Cheers Lite beer Torrenova, Im in Chiang Mai and they seem quite relaxed. Not sure about the extension on a 30 day stamp, although Im sure someone here would know.
Maestro Posted February 23, 2008 Posted February 23, 2008 The 60-day extension to visit Thai spouse or child can be obtained also after visa-exempt entry. See paragraph 7.23 of Royal Thai Police Order 606/2549. -- Maestro
