A friend paid for the breast enhancement of his wife -and the outcome is truely stunning - and called it the best investment he ever made in his life.

Well I am ready to make a good investment like that myself --however I am a bit insecure . First ,my wife is no young chick anymore (47), which does not bother me ,but is there not the possibility of a different body reaction as compared to 20 year olds .

Also ,and more importantly ,want is the longterm (5-10-15 year) outlook in procedures like this .??Are they safe in the long run? Do they have to be redone every now and so often ?

Our nice had it done 2 days ago ,and sure it looks good for now -she is 21 -but waht about later?

We would really- earnestly- like to hear from people with personal experience in these matters.

Agreed, I paid for Breast augmentation for my wife as well (30), and we couldn't be happier. Keep in mind many BA patients are in their 50's, so age is almost (but not quite) irrelevent. Longterm, gravity will take its effects. More on some than others. It will depend on how healthy your wife's skin is in the first place (elasticity etc.). I think many women do not realise that they may in fact need to replace/remove their implants in the future. When...god knows! It is different for everyone. Capsular contraction (hardening of the silicone) may warrant replacing them in 2 years. While in others they may be perfectly happy with the augmentation for over 15 years. This is such a broad topic, that there are a number of answers to every question, and would be hard to generalize things.
