I would like to express my heart felt appreciation for everyone's encouragement, enthusiasm and the inspiration which you have shared with me here, but it is with much regret that I must announce I will not be going forward with the project.

I have reached this decision in large part, through the generous sharing of knowledge from a certain subject matter expert (who shall forever remain un-named), as to the in-depth harsh and unforgiving realities of owning a business, particularly a restaurant, here in Thailand.

What I would like to do however at some point in the future, is to show my appreciation to everyone in a manner which, "puts my money where my mouth is" so to speak, and that is to invite everyone to a special event where as one of you so aptly put it I will "cook up a storm" and invite everybody to dig in!

I will definitely let everyone know well in advance when and where this is to take place, so until then, happy trails yall and thanks again.

Ah one of your dream projects will not materialise. I cannot see any point in discussing this

dream any further so it is put to bed.
