lopburi3
And the information on Singapore was that they will issue such a visa (multi entry) if you can show 400k in a bank account somewhere. It is there criteria for issue. Many Consulates will only issue a single entry.
up-country_sinclair
OK cool. I'm guessing a brokerage account would be acceptable? Thanks jstumbo, lite beer and lopburi3.
jstumbo
The 400K in the bank for a multi non-O in Singapore is different than the 400K in a Thai bank for an extension of stay based on marriage to a Thai. Numbers just happen to be the same, but one is for a multi entry Non-O that only gets you 90 days on each stay, and the other is only for people that are grandfathered in to get a one year extension of stay with 90 day reports to immigration.
