Need Help With Ip Camera

After 3 Break Ins in my House i change my Front Door, but at the same Time i like to install a Pan/Tilt/Zoom Camera which i want to control from my Office 25km away.

I have a Wifi in Front of my House.

Do i need a additional seperate Internet Connection to connect an IP Camera or is my Privacy given on a shared one?

Which Camera is recommendable. I checked and found out that there is a Range from 150USD to 1500USD and more. Camera should be able to work in low Light.

I dont have a Computer in my House. Does the Camera really work without? how do i the Setup?

Any Surveilance Software recommendable to monito the Camera?

I heard that there are Problems with the Port the Camera uses. Which Provider is recommendable?

I know there are many Questions but i am grateful for any Help. :o
