What Visa After Ed

Hello everybody

Who knows what happened after my son finish school

I am here on a retirement visa ,my son goes to school and have a ED visa

But what after he finish school ? ( he is now 14)

Or better how he can stay with his father. (legally married with a Thai)

Me and my son have Dutch nationality

Is this a matter for a lawyer ??

I look forward to your answers or suggestions

If you are here on a yearly extension he should be able to piggy back on your extension as your dependant.

Seems like you have YEARS before he is out of University and things change .....

He can use 7.17 to stay with parent on up to one year extensions of stay until age 20:

(4) In case of the ordinary child,

adopted child, child of the

marriage couple, these person

need to be single/never married

and has never lived as a part of

the family before, and shall not

be older than 20 years old, or
