What’s your thoughts on this.

Maybe I’m being arrogant

Interested in the property that has finished there lease.

But I don’t want to buy there business.

I just want to rent the property for lease.

Should I go direct to the land lord and say I don’t want there junk business inside.

I have my own ideas. Can I please have the lease.

And go back and kick them outside.

Mind you I’m not in a hurry. I just don’t have any sympathy who wants to sell due to they failed.

They should take it outside and sell there crap.

If I am wrong and it’s the landlords business and dose not want to sell hes land.

Then that’s a different story.

But I’m sure its some farang business with a Thai land lord.

If there is someone’s ells wanting to buy the business and comes up with the cash befor the lease.

Then lucky him.

Right now there is not and there lease will finish.

Talk to the landlord and see what he has to say. Play 'easy' not eager.

He is the one to talk to, not the leaving present (failing) tenants.
