Does anyone know of a villa for long term rent in Krabi

- ADSL running at a good speed without problems

- new or new and well maintained condition

- large pool (at least 18-20 meters long for swimming properly)

- single story

- nice garden

- lock up automatic garage

- automatic gate

- secure perimiter (high walls, main gate)

- security system linked to phone line to call a monitoring number in case of activation

- safe on the property

- private / no neighbours able to view garden / pool area

- quality finishes and furniture

- tasteful interior design and decoration

- best if owner already lived in the house for a short while to ensure everything is well established

- UBC Sat system installed

- owner who looks after the property and carries out repairs immediately

- trusted maid 3 times per week (cleaning, dishes, ironing, occasional minor food prep)

- gardener and pool service already established and reliable

- very big main bathroom with double vanity, open walk-in shower (no shower with door or small cubicle type shower)

- 3 large, spacious bedrooms with a lot of wardrobe space

- one outdoor shower by the pool prefered

- enough covered and paved outdoor space for laundry drying space, table tennis table, BBQ, fitness equipment

I have been renting a house with the exact same specifications, in a great location, 700m from the beach in Phuket for 85,000 / month (maid, ADSL, UBC, garden + pool maintenance all included).

I would consider moving if I found something very similar.
