If so then I wish on this occasion Ukraine had just gone ahead with the plan and ignored what Washington said. Russia claims US intervention averted Ukrainian attack on Putin during Russian Navy Day Russian Deputy Foreign Minister Sergei Ryabkov has allegedly claimed that a phone call between Russian Defense Minister Andrey Belousov and US Secretary of Defense Lloyd Austin helped prevent a potential escalation in the ongoing war with Ukraine, as reported by Interfax Russia on 04 August 2024. On Rossiya 1 TV channel, Ryabkov further claimed that Ukraine ostensibly planned assassination attempts on Russian President Vladimir Putin and Defense Minister Belousov during their stay in St. Petersburg on 28 July, Russia’s Navy Day. Just made almond peanut butter, and that take a lot longer than 'peanut' butter. Compliments the homemade black current jelly that been here a little long. Another large jar of pickles, as down to one now, and like anther to back it up. Wife making bread, and simply refuses to use a scale. Showed her a vid, so if not using a scale, at least 'fluff' up the flour first. Learned how important that was using a scale at chemical factory, making solder flux. Also at 2 bakeries, where everything is simply weighed. EVERYTHING, as measuring cups, spoons simply aren't consistently accurate. -

Brutal assault on Canadian raises serious questions about tourist safety in Pattaya
This update in Thai language media. ”A security guard has turned himself in to police after being accused of seriously assaulting a Canadian tourist. The incident, which occurred on July 31 in Soi Pattaya 6, led to the tourist's hospitalisation and sparked a plea for justice from his wife. At 09:30 on August 4, Police Colonel Navin Theerawit, Superintendent of Pattaya City Police Station, along with Police Lieutenant Colonel Piyapong Ensan, Chief of Tourist Police Division 4, Sub-Division 2, Police Lieutenant Colonel Chainarong Jitsunthorn, Investigation Officer of Pattaya Police Station, and Police Captain Apichat Jarurak, Deputy Superintendent of Tourist Police Division 4, Sub-Division 2, brought in Mr. Patipan So-Heng, a 28-year-old security guard from Soi Pattaya 6, for questioning at the Pattaya City Police Station's investigation room. Mr. Patipan So-Heng, 28, spoke to reporters about the incident, explaining that he was informed by locals about a tourist attempting to break into a car. When the car owner confronted the tourist, the latter became aggressive. Mr. Patipan intervened to check the situation, but the tourist refused to cooperate and pushed him against a car. In response, Mr. Patipan pushed back. The tourist then tried to advance again, prompting Mr. Patipan to push him once more, causing the tourist to fall and hit his head on the ground. Mr. Patipan stressed that eyewitnesses did not see the entire incident from the beginning and misunderstood the situation. He attempted to explain to the tourist, but the tourist ran away. Upon seeing news reports of the incident, Mr. Patipan contacted the police to clarify the events. CCTV footage captured the altercation, clearly showing there was no punching involved, only pushing, which led to the tourist falling and injuring himself. The footage has been submitted to investigators as evidence to ensure fair proceedings for all parties involved.”- 1
