I thought I would give this forum a go.

My soon to be mother-in-law has just moved to Samui to be with her daughter, my Fiancee, and is looking for a job. But so far no luck. :D

She is an amazing cook (Chinese & Thai) - Seriously her Masaman (yellow) Curry is to die for!! :D

She has been looking, but unfortunately her age is against her (well... she's in her 50's - a spring chicken by UK standards but in Thailand not so much).

She doesn't speak English very well (and I don't see why she should have to working in a kitchen, in Thailand, with Thais :o )

But she is a very experienced chef and has been doing it all her working life as far as I know.

So if anyone is looking for a friendly, hard working chef with that "homely" traditional touch, please contact me by pm.
