Hi Begs,

I don't know where Meakmai Village is, but I do know where Rongpo is.

If you follow Sukhumvit going north, past Naklua and Banglamung, you will come to the point where Road 36 to Rayong starts.

Continue just a little bit further on Sukhumvit and you'll be in Rongpo.
