Is This A Common Occurrence?

Don't bother telling me I should go back home guys. I am.

:D:D

Then they will start whining about people from outside of Thailand posting on a Thailand site. Never mind the small detail that the site is hosted outside of Thailand, or that they are also foreigners, from outside of Thailand. :o

I started a thread quite some time ago: "Is Polyamory existing in Thailand ?" but it wasn't a big success. Don't know why :o

Sometimes, some couples save their marriage by having a Ménage à trois or end up in a Polyamory relationship....if it could save a marriage why not ? However, most people are not into such a relationship.

I realise now that I asked the question because I wanted reassurance that it wasn't just me! Hearing that it had happened to other women would make me feel less isolated and vulnerable about the experience.

To the person who said something along the lines of 'if it happened here it would have happened wherever you are', I would like to point out that the availability of bar girls looking for any (never mind how old) farang to provide money is a stereotypical joke in Phuket. It's just not the same in England, where I come from.

I have quite a few friends in the UK who have had their partner run off with another woman. It happens everywhere! It's always a hard pill to swallow when you realise someone didn't love you but at the end of the day that's what it boils down to. You can't keep blaming the "other woman" , he was old enough to know exactly what he was doing. Sorry if i sound harsh, i hope i don't hurt you with my comments, i wish you all the best and hope you manage to move on and make a new life for yourself . I have a friend here who lost her husband to a bar girl after 12 years of marriage(they too came here to retire), she was totally devastated, in shock for quite some time. As i said in a previous post, she's now made a nice life for herself.Hopefully one day you'll look back at him and be thankful he left you. You never know why things happen, but i hope for you it was to make way for something better. :o
