Live Lobsters In Bangkok

Featured Replies

Does anyone know of anywhere in Bangkok that sells live lobsters? I'm thinking maybe a fish market may be worth trying, so if anyone knows of a good fish market in bangkok, please let me know :o

It's worth noting that I want to cook the lobsters at home.

Thanks in advance.

It's Seafood Market Restaurant at soi 24, same street as entry to the Emporium carpark.

There is cooking charge.

A lobster good for 1 person was 1500B or so 2 weeks ago.

Are you all talking about local lobsters or imported live ones?

Some nice phuket lobster will be fine. I'm holding a bit of a dinner party next week and wanted to do something a special :o

The restaurant sounds like a cool place to check out (thanks for the link!) but isn't there a market where I can go and buy them from? Where do all the hotels get there's from? I'm looking to buy for 8 people so would prefer to go to a market if poss.

Thanks again!

Thanks for deleting!
