YET ANOTHER FOREIGN GAY ARRESTED IN PATTAYA WITH UNDERAGE BOYS

Pattaya tourist police seized a British man at a house in Pattaya and found 8 boys from Bangkok and Pattaya, procured by a Papasan of a Bangkok gay bar. Police also found a hundred pictures of naked boys and sexual enhancing equipment, which they confiscated for evidence.

Pattaya - On May 18, 2008, at 7pm, Pol.Maj.Gen Panya Mamen, Deputy Superintendent of the Investigation Centre, Pol.Maj. Naradet Glomtuksing, Superintendent of the Tourist Department and Pol.Maj. Suwan Un-anan, Chief of Pattaya Tourist Police, led the police investigative team, holding both search and arrest warrants of Pattaya court, to investigate a house in Nong-plalai, Banglamung, after it had been detected that a foreigner had taken underage boys into the house for obscene purposes.

Arriving at a big house, on 1 Rai of land, police found a pickup truck, two motorbikes and a pink Bangkok taxi parked in the car park. The team also found Mr. Michael Terrence Burns, (58), British citizen, the owner of the house, sitting on a sofa, surrounded by 8 teenage boys. Two of them were 14-years-old, three of them were 17-years-old and another three were 19-years-old. Sitting beside them was Mr. Chalee Geng-thanyagit, (45), a gay bar Papasan from a bar located opposite Chulalongkorn Hospital in Bangkok. Police searched the room and found evidence of lubrication, sexual enhancement pills, condoms and a hundred pictures of nud_e boys. Police detained all of them for further investigation.

Mr. Chalee confessed that had been procuring teenage boys, some of whom were underage, for Mr. Burns on a regular basis. All the boys detained had been staying in the house for 5 days. Some of them were from Bangkok and others from Pattaya. Each boy would get Bt1,000 each time. Mr. Burns was in the habit of having sex with at least three of them every day. The boys were supplied on a weekly basis; after their week was up, they were replaced by a new set of boys.

Police charged Mr.Burns with taking boys under 15-years-of-age for obscene purposes and Mr. Chalee was charged with procuring for prostitution. Police have detained Messrs Burns and Chalee and the boys, all of whom will be handed over to Banglamung Police to be processed according to the law.

Sorry if this is bad taste. In gay circles at least in the US, when you say you are visiting Thailand, the response is often, hot and cold running boys. This man took this a little too much to heart.
