Teachers Salary

Featured Replies

Hi,

How much do teachers earn in thailand in particular Krabi province?

Are all positions full time?

Thank You

The first question is too broad, and the answer is 8K to 200K per month.

A single province, in contrast, is almost too small to make realistic estimates based on scarce evidence. Are you asking about Thai teachers, Filipinos, native speaking farang, non-native farang? Teachers of English, Thai musical instruments, physics? Backpackers, BA/BSc holders, B.Ed./M.Ed. holders, Ph.D.'s, or high school dropouts? Teachers of what age group, what nationality (Krabi would be virtually all Thai students, I suppose).

Could you please rephrase your opening post to be more specific? Thanks, and welcome to the teaching forum.

You may wish to check the Questions About Qualifications thread (with which this one will be merged eventually) for other general information about qualifications, jobs, and salaries in various places. Otherwise as PB says, you are not being specific enough (or in other words, there are no answers to your questions as stated).

Umm..in Krabi... you won't get paid well, I guess around 30k/month.
