Not my favourite but it seems a bit strange to have sneaked back unannounced.

Actually it was announced. I saw a surreptitious little banner streaming across my HBO movie one night about a month ago, alerting folks that MTV was back (with the channel number). MTV and True had a serious falling out about 3 years ago, and I think the come-back was purposely kept low-key because of that.
